Dear Mr. White,

I am Jennifer Linton and I hold an account with your bank with the account number 983451. I recently have sent a written application to provide me an account detail book. I had applied for the same on the 2nd January 2006 and was informed that I would be provided with a new account detail book within 7 to 10 days, but unfortunately, it’s been 20 days and there is no response.

I have been trying to contact the staff at your bank, have visited couple of times but the staff members were not at all supportive and none of them responded on the status of my account details book and status of my application. And now yesterday Mr. Percy Jackson asked me to fill a fresh application and after that I just lost my patience. I have been an account holder at this bank for the past 15 years and never ever faced a problem like this anytime. I would like to request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take an appropriate action and please provide with my new account detail book.
