Re: letter of grievance
I am writing to tell you that I wish to share my grievance with you. I am finding a problem with Tom, the Head of Operations. The main issue of my concern is to the discrimination he does with me. I would appreciate if you investigate this matter according to the company’s procedure.
The issue is that Tom is very harsh on me, forcing me to do most of the tasks even though there are other of his favorite workers of him who are just enjoying their freedom and keep breaking the company’s rules.
Please let me know your investigation proceedings and when you will be holding a grievance hearing.
I understand that I am entitled to a hearing to discuss this matter; also to be accompanied by another work colleague.
I would be kind of you to reply within 12 days of the date of this letter.
