Sub: Complaint letter
Dear Mr. Jacob,
I am writing this letter to tell you about the inconvenience we are facing at your apartment. I am living in your apartment for rent with my family from last six months. Due to heavy rainfall in the city there is lot of leakage problems in the house and because of which large quantity of water gets collected inside the house. And since the drainage system of the apartment is also not proper we face a lot of difficulty in managing.
And with the heavy downpour water gets collected over terrace and it keeps seeping through the ceilings and create a menace. It has caused severe damage to my household electronic items. Also this may damage to the wallpaper and wood work inside the house.
I would like to request you to handle this trouble as soon as possible as we can expect heavy rains in the upcoming days.
