Dear Mr. Williams,
I am Kate Money and I live in the apartment above yours. I have tried to contact you several times but your house keeper tells me that you work at nights and since I work in the mornings, our time does not match and we are not able to meet.
I am writing to you to bring to your notice that your son Joe organizes a party almost every night at your residence. In case you are unaware about this, I thought to intimate to you about the same. The issue with your son’s get together is that he plays loud music and there is the sound of laughter and sometimes fights throughout the night sometimes as late as 4 am in the morning. I request you to take this matter seriously and take an action against it.
