Dear Mr. Steve,

This letter is to inform you by the disciplinary committee of the World Wide Consultants in which you were working as an employee for the past one and one half years. You are being terminated from your services due to your misconduct with the colleagues and the customers of the company.

Even after several notices you did not change your conduct which has forced the board to take this harsh decision to terminate you from the company. Your salary due is being calculated by the accounts dept. and it will be finalized in a couple of days, after which you will be receiving a check with the due amount in your bank account. Because of your misconduct the company has incurred us a loss of two valuable clients for which you will have to face the punishment i.e. your conduct will be certified bad and you must be aware of the further consequence.
