Recently I purchased a music system from one of your outlets in the city – ‘Philips TX Series – BN2’.
To my disappointment, this new piece of music system is not working properly. I want to tell you that it worked fine for the initial two days, and then after there were a couple of problems like no sound break ups and no display in the menu.
So, I have decided to return this music system to your company and I want full refund. And, please do not approach me regarding a new replacement as I am not interested for now.
