Please refer to letter mentioned above wherein you were counseled by your team leader to be regular in office and be punctual.
It is clearly visible that there is no improvement in your attendance thereafter and you continue to be absent and come late regularly without prior permission.
Thus, we regret to notify to you that your services are no longer required with effect from 29 February 2012.
You have exceeded your leave restriction by 32 days in tenure of 4 months. Consequently the project which you must have completed long ago is still pending. Hence you are held responsible for the current situation and you are being relieved from your services. Your salary will be paid as usual for rendering your services this month.
