I am writing this letter regarding the annual appeal for issuing funds for Iowa orphan house. Our orphanage is receiving funds annually from Keith Davis Pvt. Ltd. as per the orders by Mr. Davis and last date of receiving funds is August 20, 2011.
Since you are the newly appointed Vice President of the Finance Department, hence we want you to be familiar with this social service taken care by Keith Davis Pvt. Ltd.
Iowa Orphan house is located in Iowa and was founded by Mr. Russell Davis, Father of Mr. Keith Davis. We take care of young orphan kids and provide them with basic amenities like healthy food, good shelter, study and clothes to meet their daily requirements. It will be highly appreciable if you can issue the amount to our orphan house as soon as possible.
