I am writing you this Grievance Appeal Letter on behalf Senior Employee Union with reference to my previous letters regarding the new employee’s bad behavior during their training and change in shifts in Peter & Company Pvt. Ltd. This matter is getting serious day by day as newly appointed employees are not taking interest into training and misbehave with senior employees.
As you are aware that due to this disturbed environment, Senior Employee Union has made up their mind to resign from your company. During working hours, junior employees do not work up to the mark which results in low individual outcome for which you can have a look at attached monthly performance report to verify the matter.
Kindly take effective steps to control the situation. Any effort in this regard will be highly appreciated.
