Sub: Request to extend Credit Sales.
Our hired cars have been filling petrol/diesel on cash payment from your station frequently for the past 6 years of about Rs 20,000/- pm.
We would like to put a proposal in front of you to consider providing us petrol/diesel on credit coupons up to a credit limit of Rs 15,000/- pm which shall be cleared by cheque payment on or before the 7th day of the succeeding month without fail.
For our credibility check, we are enclosing our Bank Statement in SBI, Lokhandwala of the last 6 months.
