Sub: Application for transfer to Surat.

I wish to apply to relocate me to the Surat branch. I will be highly obliged to you if you would forward my application.

I loved the environment of friendliness and helpful of my colleagues in the Ahemdabad branch and had a great time working with them. My husband got transferred to Surat about six months back and it is becoming difficult to handle alone with my two small children. We tried to manage it for sometime now but its becoming difficult to manage alone. My husband also tried to apply for the transfer back to Ahemdabad, but his application was not approved and now I have approached you to relocate me to Surat.

It would be great if you can approve my application. I will give my best as I have been sincerely working here. It will be a big help from your side if you approve my request.
