I am writing this letter to request you to please authorize my daughter to travel along with my brother Mr. Joan Smith. My daughter intends to stay with my brother’s family in California, USA, for a week and then travel back to Vancouver on scheduled departure dated June 30, 2010 from California. Mr. Smith will be responsible for further concerns of traveling from California to Vancouver.
