My dear Col Soparno,
It gives me immense happiness to extend my felicitations on your selection for the Higher Command Course-2012 at Florida Defence College, Miami, this is truly another glorious feather in your cap.
I recall with affection when you were Commissioned in the Army and posted to 26th Battalion, The Infantry Regiment as my youngest Officer in the year 1989 when I was commanding the Regt. Moving forward, you commanded my battalion with distinction which makes me feel proud of you.
These huge achievements of hard work and professional diligence are truly outstanding. I salute you for your staunch quest of brilliance.
With warmest regards and good luck for a successful future.
Col Duke Soparno
