Hello,
I wrote you many letters in regard to my unsatisfactory experience with the purchase of a new [Vehicle name, year, etc].
I bought this car from your showroom on [Date]. To date, it has been over [Time since the first letter] since I dropped my first letter to you.
I mentioned my problem clearly in that letter. It bought a new car and I was facing constant driving problems with the vehicle, but you never replied to me.
Now, it is obvious that you care only about the sales, and not interested in taking care of your customers once a sale is made.
Replying not to customer concerns does not set you free of your obligations. I paid you a hefty amount of money for this vehicle and I am getting solutions to my problems after the purchase.
Note that the matter does not stop here and I am going to take further actions to solve my problem.
If I do not get any reply from you by [Date], then I will be contacting [name of the authorities/body] regarding this matter.
Robert Anderson
