Hello,
I can understand that it may be very difficult to keep your travel guide books up-to-date always on every facet of information for different countries, but the kind of serious errors we found while we were traveling to South America are very hard to accept.

I/We always use travel guides books on our trips around the world. I really had such apathetic experience and if you really want to me to continue using your services, then I would suggest you to make the required changes in your guide books and keep them up-to-date round the year.
