It is very unfortunate that I had to write this letter to complain about rude behavior at your Bank.

This kind of treatment is never expected from such a reputed Bank.

It is not that I always complain, but when I come across such behavior with high degree of unprofessionalism, I always want to make some corrections.

While I am not usually one to complain, I found this behavior exceedingly unprofessional and knew that you would want to know about it so you could do something to rectify the problem.
