Dear All,
As you know Mr. Smith have been with us for almost 15 years. After completing his dedicated service, we are celebrating his retirement. He had come through many challenges and solutions in his working period. You are cordially invited to be a part of the retirement party given in honor of Mr. Smith from Tesco enterprises.
Hence on Behalf of the management, I am requesting each employee to contribute $15 so that we can get a present for Mr. Smith, in memorizing time spent with our company on his retirement day. The party will be held at Conference Hall on 31st January 2012, at 8pm. At that time, the company will honor him and present a gift to him on behalf of all of us.
Please be our guest as we honor him with an evening of dinner and dancing.
We are looking forward to see you at venue on Wednesday.
