I am writing this letter to thank you whole heartedly for extending a helping hand when I needed it the most. You have been a great source of inspiration for all the staff members and your input to The Global Solutions Power Project has been extra-ordinary. This project would have never got completed without your sincere efforts and dedicated approach.

As a token of appreciation, I would like you to take a holiday for two days and enjoy with family, as this project has been very hectic and tiring for you. Please inform the department about your plans for the holiday so we can arrange for the staff, except that you are at liberty to schedule your days off when ever you like. After you have confirmed with department, your dates of leave, please inform me too.

Again, thank you for your extra time work on The Global Solutions Power Project. Your capacity to work willingly at times required will not be forgotten.
