Dear Mr. Dickens,
I am writing this letter to inform you know that I have some grievances related to working atmosphere in Administration department. The main issues of my concern are as follows:
1) Work place,
2) Racial Discrimination,
3) Intranet Site and
4) Working hours
I would like to request you to take this matter to be solved or investigated according to the company’s grievance procedures. I would highly appreciate if you could tell me the proceedings or if you could arrange for a grievance hearing at the earliest. I realize that an employee is free to bring either a company union representative or work colleague during these grievance hearings.
