Dear Dr. Arnold,

I am writing this letter to express my disagreement in relation with the appointment for my son William which was scheduled for November 1^st, 2023.

I got a call from your assistant mentioning that the appointment has been cancelled as the patient is being released from your care and does not need any further medical assistance. It was shocked receiving such a call because as per my knowledge, my son still needs your medical help until he is able to walk all by himself. Since the start, he has been under your care and you thoroughly know his case. From last six months, he has been visiting you regularly for his therapy and things have improved significantly. What is surprising is that when he has almost recovered from the injuries he suffered, you have cancelled the appointment over a phone call.

I would have appreciated if we would have discussed the discontinuance of the treatment in detail. As of now, I am finding myself and my son in the middle of nowhere as he has still not developed enough strength to be able to walk all by himself.
