I regret to inform you that I am tendering my formal resignation from the position of ‘Sales Manager’ at ‘Webber Natural Stones’.

It is true that the kind of experience I got while working for this company was really enriching and will definitely help me for my future; however I have come across a position in a company that I think suits my capabilities better.

I will be working here till April 21, 2012. I am serving an advance notice complying with the company rules regarding employee resignation.

During my notice period, I will complete all my pending works and will handover my responsibilities to my successor.

At last, I would like to heartily thank you and this company for all the great opportunities and learning experiences that I came across over these years. I really appreciate the support and guidance that I received from my seniors.
