This is to notify that we are terminating our Business Contract under Ref for supply of Medical Equipments with effect from March 1, 2012 on account of dispatch of poor quality equipments by your company despite several complaints from us in the past.
Please settle all your outstanding bills, if any, by 29th February, 2012.
