Respected Sir,

I am employed with your company in the capacity of Finance Executive. As per the terms stated in the employment contract, I am aware that I am not allowed to leave the office premises any time before 6 pm from Monday through Friday.

I am planning to pursue higher studies to move ahead in my career. Therefore, I am going to be starting with the preparations for CAT 2021. From September 1^st, 2020, my classes for CAT preparations are going to start and the timings for the same will be 6 pm onwards. These classes are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Because this is the last batch of the day, I have no other choice but to enroll for it.

Therefore, I am writing this application to seek your permission to leave office at 5 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so that I can make it for my class on time. I will make sure that I come early on these days to make sure that my work doesn’t suffer.

I am aware that your company is very supportive and encouraging of hard-working employees and I am very hopeful that you will allow me to follow this pattern from now on. In case, you have any doubts or disagreements with this arrangement, please let me know.
