This is in reference to your application for summer internship dated November 25th, 2021 with Excel Technologies and your interview with us on December 1st, 2021.
We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the profile of Sales Executive with Excel Technologies for summer internship. The internship will be for two months and will start on March 1st, 2022 and will end on April 30th 2022. During this tenure, you will be designated as “Summer Intern”. You will be reporting to the Sales Department and the reporting authority for you will be Mr. Jacob, Sales Manager. You will be paid $ 500 per month for the internship.
You will be required to submit a copy of the project report you will be preparing at the end of the internship to your supervisor. On successfully completing the two months internship program and after submitting the project report, you will be awarded with a completion certificate.
Excel Technologies reserves the right to terminate the internship without any prior notice if you fail to follow the terms and conditions of this letter or you are found breaching confidentiality or not following the rules and regulations set by the organization.
On the first day of your training, you will be provided with the detailed scope of the project along with the timeline. Make sure that you report at work every day on time i.e. 9 am from Monday to Saturday.
