This letter is in reference to the Product Number 237819 which we had bought on 3rd January from your company.  The receipt number of our transaction is CF2387.

As per our contract and the mutual discussion, you were supposed to deliver the Product in working condition and install it for us at our home. I would like to inform you that you and your company failed on the agreements.

We wished to build a long lasting relationship with your company but after experiencing the careless attitude of our very first order, we may have to seriously re-consider our intentions.

I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and send us an immediate replacement within one week of receipt of this letter. Otherwise we would be forced to take a legal action.
