I would like to convey to you my heartfelt appreciation for being a good and responsible occupant before you leave the apartment. You have always religiously followed all the rules and regulations we have set forth and agreed upon in our contract and I respect you for this. You have taken good care of the apartment and the furniture and appliances are all in good condition even after five years of your stay.

I hope you enjoyed and you were comfortable and felt at home in my apartment.  The place I know is a bit old-fashioned but it is cozy and complete with the utilities necessary for a comfortable stay.  Please do recommend the place to your friends or acquaintances which I will surely be a good help for me.  I wish you have a pleasant stay in another town.
