Hello,
I purchased services from [Company name] on [date], and I have had no issues regarding the internet connectivity. However, I have not been able to have a regular connection to internet since the past few days. I face frequent disconnections in the middle of an online session and this really feels very bad.

This frequent cutoff is a big trouble for me, and it is affecting my important piece of work daily. I am lagging behind for my work as I do not like to work from a Cyber café, and in fact, why should I go to a café when I have an internet connection at my home. I work from my home and I am all depending on this connection which is not working properly.
I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and if it doesn’t then I will switch over to some other company that provides better care to the customers.
