Dear Friends,
I am Dennis West, a representative of the ‘Awakened People’.
Our group is well known among the citizens of this city. We are engaged in social causes. We work for the awareness among the people about different issues – health, social, religious & others.
We have planed a Marathon on the 05th of next month, scheduled to be start from the City Hall to the Old Library. We want to spread awareness among people about cleanliness in the city.
The Government bodies do their bit, but given the fast development of this city, it becomes duty of groups like ours to help the people and lessen the burden of the government. We are promoting this event in advance to gather more and more people.
Now, to hold this event, we seek donations from the citizens of this city. We request you all to contribute to organize this marathon successfully and achieve our objective. All donations made for this cause are tax deductible.
You all are invited to participate in this event. The marathon is named ‘Clean the Streets’ will be flagged off by our Mayor, Mr. Richard Bernard at 9 a.m. on February 05, 2012.
