I will be attending the classes from 25th which is two days after the beginning of the new session as I am out of station till 24th. Hope you will accept it.
My apologies for having to ask you for a leave before starting at all but this is really important. As far as the fees is concerned I hold a scholarship from state governing council for my performance in my schooling so I would be giving your institutions name in the council once I will receive the joining papers of the college.
