Dear Ms. Cooper

I am writing this letter to inform you that I would wish to terminate the lease early due to quality of the apartment in which I am living. I do appreciate your assistance in trying to resolve the problems; however the fact remains that the environment of the apartment is not favorable for my children specifically to the quality of life which I was looking forward to.

As per our agreement, I will not leave the apartment without a thorough inspection by your personnel. I will be present during the inspection to ensure that reported damages were caused during our stay in the place.

I would appreciate it if you would release me from the lease without any penalty, since the circumstances of my departure are beyond my control.
