Hi Dad,
I hope this letter find you in the best of your health. How is Mom doing? I have a good news to share with you all. Our Graduation Ceremony is scheduled on October 15th, 2011 at our Air Force Station 9 am onwards.
You must have observed that graduating from such an honorable institution and serving the American Air Force is a matter of pride for any American and I am very happy that I am going to be one of those lucky fellows.
The training had been very rigorous, but keeping in view of the high standards of the service, it needs to be so and we proved fit both physically and mentally for the rigors of the service. I feel especially proud for being able to realize your dreams Dad! Our Air Chief is expected to be the Chief Guest of the occasion and I will be awarded the Best Outstanding Candidate during the course.
Convey my regards to Mom and best wishes to little Jonathan.
With regards
Yours affectionately,
David
