Subject: Letter of Complaint against poor housekeeping services in the ladies hostel.
Dear Mam,
This is in reference to the poor housekeeping services in the ladies hostel. We have done a complaint earlier also but no actions were taken. We would like to request you to please take some necessary action. We have been living in that hostel and it has really become difficult for us to bear with the bathroom conditions. It’s been a month now when the hostel lavatories and bathrooms were last cleaned. With three pairs of bathroom-lavatory pairs and more than ten heads in a single floor, it becomes really challenging to keep cleaning them ourselves.
Not just bathrooms, corridors and dustbins remain equally dirty for months. None of the sweepers are found during the stipulated hours of work. We have kept telling our problems to the management, but no action was taken.
It has really become an unbearable nuisance to be tolerated. We are looking forward to your visit at the mentioned block so that we may find a way from it and can live in hygiene.
