This letter is in reference to grievance related to Racial Discrimination. I would like to request you to give your personal attention to this problem. My main issue to be investigated is Racial Discrimination.
I have noticed this from the day I have joined people here in the office always discriminate me because I am black. They pass comments on my back. And I am always criticized for my work, even when I am doing it good.
I hope you will inform me about the investigation proceeding and will soon arrange for holding a grievance hearing.
