The Board of Directors is happy to announce to you that we will be having a company outing for all employees and their families next month in celebration of the company anniversary. The outing will be held at Seattle where all your expenses will be paid for by the company for one day. You may opt to stay another day more on your own expense since the outing will be on a weekend.
As part of the activity, we are encouraging you to bring 2 members of the family as this also serve the company’s family event. Games, raffles, and other activities will fill the day. For the confirmation of your attendance, please approach your immediate supervisors.
