Dear Mr. Ronald,

I, Richard Brown, am writing this letter to bring to your notice the poor service that I have been experiencing at your store from last couple of weeks.

Whenever I visit the teller for making the payment for my purchase, the teller named Andrew at your store is always very rude. He never has change to give back the balance and would always encourage me to buy something else and when I demand for cash, he gets very rude. He has also mentioned a couple of times that it is not his duty to keep the change and if I don’t get the change along then I don’t need to shop at the store in future.

I have been living in this neighborhood from last two decades and have been shopping at your store from last eight years. Never have I ever experienced anything of this kind but after experiencing such a rude behavior time and again, I am compelled to write this complaint letter to you in order to bring to your notice the kind of service your staff has been offering to the customers.

I am hopeful that you will look into this matter and make sure that the staff is polite and is able to serve the customers in a better way.

Thanking you for your time and consideration.
