As you are well aware that we have always provided free delivery for any orders placed with the (company), irrespective of the size of the order. As we all know that the increase in the price of fuel has become multi fold times higher, therefore we have to now limit this free delivery service to any orders over $_, not including the purchase of cigarettes.
